Unopened skincare/devices may be returned within 14 days for store credit or exchange.
Unopened supplements may be returned within 30 days for store credit or exchange.
Opened/used products, injectables, prescription items, gift cards, and clearance items are FINAL SALE.
Customer is responsible for return shipping unless we shipped incorrectly or item arrived damaged.
Damaged/incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
